About Our Founder

Elena Rivera-Cheek, MBA has specialized in healthcare communications for more than 20 years.

Prior to starting C&A Digital (formerly Copy & Art) over 12 years ago, Elena headed up healthcare marketing groups at CDM and DraftFCB and consulted with many leading healthcare ad agencies. During her many years in the agency world, she successfully elevated brands’ market profiles through impactful strategies with a strong and compelling creative backbone. Elena holds a BA in English from Stony Brook University and an MBA in Media Management from the ​Metropolitan College of New York. She studied digital communications at MIT.​

CLIENT EXPERIENCE


 

The Client Experience team provides our valued clients with an exceptional experience in working with C&A Digital. Client engagements begin with a meeting with senior management to understand the business objectives, needs and goals. The team oversees and manages all client communications and deliverables throughout the ‘lifecycle’ of each project and develops long-term relationships.

MARKETING


 

The Marketing team helps promote C&A Digital’s services to the outside world. The team utilizes comprehensive communications strategies to highlight the strengths and capabilities of the agency, including social media, website, event planning, and public relations. The team also researches new business opportunities and works closely with the Client Experience team.
