Elena Rivera-Cheek, MBA
Founder & CEO

Elena Rivera-Cheek has specialized in healthcare communications for more than 20 years. 
Prior to starting Copy & Art over 12 years ago, Elena headed up healthcare marketing groups at CDM and DraftFCB and consulted with many leading healthcare ad agencies. During her many years in the agency world, she successfully elevated brands’ market profiles through impactful strategies with a strong and compelling creative backbone. Elena holds a BA in English from Stony Brook University and an MBA in Media Management from the ​Metropolitan College of New York. She studied digital communications at MIT.​

Pam Kerlan, MBA
SVP, Client Experience

An experienced business development and marketing professional, Pam is well-versed in healthcare marketing and sales.

As the Senior Vice President of Client Experience at C&A Digital, Pam is raising the client experience to a new level. Prior to C&A Digital, Pam worked at Deloitte, where she collaborated with senior management to define global business development and marketing strategies for Fortune 100 companies. She led the marketing efforts for the firm’s Financial Advisory Services practice in the Northeast, and developed and implemented an internal global brand for a Fortune 5 client team. She holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in Marketing and Management from Columbia Business School.

Christina Reyes
SVP, Creative Director

As a healthcare marketing writer for more than 17 years, Christina has extensive experience across many therapeutic categories and a deep knowledge of marketing healthcare services.

Before entering the agency world, Christina led a research department at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. She holds a dual BS in Biology and Communication from Cornell University.

Sherri Heller, MBA
VP, Marketing & PR

Sherri has over 25 years of experience at major NYC financial institutions focused on business-to -business marketing strategies for large banks, insurance companies and brokerage firms.

Most recently, she was a Vice President of Marketing at BNY Mellon. She holds a BS from Binghamton University and an MBA in Marketing from Fordham University.

Clare is a market access strategist and problem-solving specialist with deep market access experience bridging over 30 years of pharmaceutical communications experience.

Highly skilled at understanding complex access and reimbursement problems and articulating solutions.
